Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility in providing efficient and effective service to CIMB Preferred Customers at CIMB Preferred Centres to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
- Take responsibility in validating branch operation transactions to ensure accuracy and in accordance to the Bank's set procedures and rules.
- Proactively identify, manage and propose effective solutions to issues or complaints related to service delivery. Perform cross selling activities on Bank's products and services.
- Take accountability over the branch compliance to the standard operating procedures and ensure regulotary requirements are met towards achieving operational excellence.
- Train and guide Assistant RM to equip them with sufficient knowledge to be operationally ready to support Relationship Managers.
- Attends to escalated cases on feedback and complaints.
- Relief Assistant RM as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years in relevant banking experience.
- Computer literate.
- Attention to detail and strong math aptitude.
- Good interpersonal skill - friendly and polite.
- Good personal attributes - honest and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
